Ready to move forward?
You’re here because you want to make something work better. Whether it’s a housing project, a body of knowledge or a product, I can help you structure it.
There are three ways to begin.
Talk about housing
If you’re working on a housing or infrastructure initiative and need research, analysis or policy advice — let’s schedule a conversation.
If you’re preparing a new housing initiative, need to understand a market or want to evaluate a policy, this is the right path. The first conversation is about understanding what you’re working on and whether there’s a useful role for me in it.
Talk about a product or system
If you have expertise or a product and want to build a marketing or lead-generation system around it — I’d love to hear about it.
You have something valuable but it isn’t reaching the right people. We look at your offer, your audience and your current pipeline, then map what a structured system would look like. The first call is diagnostic — no pitch, no packages.
Still exploring
Not ready to engage? That’s fine. Start with the insights page to see how I think and what I’ve worked on.
Wherever you are right now, the next step is simply to start a conversation or keep exploring. There’s no pressure and no obligation — just an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.

What happens when you reach out.
You’ll get a short response within a working day asking a few focused questions about your project. From there we schedule a 30-minute conversation to understand your situation and decide together whether there’s a useful role for me in it. No pitch, no package recommendations on the first call — just a genuine conversation about your work.
Same process. A short response, then a 30-minute diagnostic call where we look at what you have, who you’re trying to reach, and what a structured system would need to look like. I don’t take on everything — I work with people whose problems I can genuinely help solve.
The first step is just a conversation.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.
